Refund policy

We want you to love the pieces you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if your order doesn't work out as planned, we offer a 30-day return window. Return instructions can be found at the end of this article.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for all items on our site, excluding items discounted 30% or more. This return window begins once your package is delivered. 

If you receive an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or receive a damaged item, please submit a ticket to our Support Team immediately. Failure to notify our Support Team prior to shipment will subject your item to our standard Returns Policy and any associated costs.

Return Standards and Conditions

We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!

  • Exchanges: Can only be requested for the same item in a different size. If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is delivered, please allow our team 15-20 business days to inspect and process your return/exchange. If your return is not processed within that timeframe, please email us for immediate assistance.
  • Verification: By adding return items to your return, you verify that you have received the items and intend to return them.

Promotions and Bundled Discounts

If an item was purchased as part of a promotion or bundle, and only part of the bundle is returned, the promotional pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds will reflect the actual price paid for each item based on the adjusted total. Returning only one item from a promotion may reduce or remove the discount received.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Free of animal/human hair.
  • Free of glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter.
  • Free of pilling.
  • Free of strong odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc.).
  • Free of markings or stains (such as deodorant).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Face masks, underwear, bodysuits, or socks (for hygiene reasons).

Tag Requirements:

  • Items with tags must have them attached; otherwise, the return will be denied.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
  • For domestic US customers, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund through our returns portal.
  • For international customers, please use the courier of your choice to return items.

Original shipping costs are not refunded if you return your entire order.

Late Returns:

  • Returns delivered outside of the 45-day window may be denied. Contact our support team if your return is unexpectedly delayed.
  • If your return is denied, you will be notified via email, and your order will be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days.

Sale Items

Items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items discounted less than 30% can be returned within our 30-day window.
